1. Booking Confirmation

  • All room bookings are confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation from Hotel Pratap Inn.
  • Guests are advised to carefully review booking details before completing the reservation.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation terms vary depending on the room type, tariff, season, and promotional offers.
  • Free cancellation (if applicable) must be made within the time frame specified at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made after the permitted period may attract cancellation charges.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations as per the booking terms.
  • Any applicable refund will be processed after deducting cancellation charges, taxes, or service fees.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.

4. No-Show Policy

  • In case of a no-show (guest does not arrive on the check-in date without prior cancellation), no refund will be issued.
  • The hotel reserves the right to release the room after the check-in cut-off time.

5. Early Check-Out

  • Early check-out requests are subject to the hotel’s discretion.
  • Refunds for unused nights are not guaranteed and depend on the rate plan and notice period provided by the guest.

6. Booking Modifications

  • Changes to booking dates, guest details, or room category are subject to availability.
  • Rate differences, if any, must be paid by the guest.
  • Modifications may not be allowed on non-refundable or promotional bookings.

7. Third-Party Bookings

  • For bookings made via third-party platforms (e.g., OTAs), the refund and cancellation policies of the respective platform will apply.
  • Hotel Pratap Inn shall not be responsible for delays or disputes related to third-party refunds.

8. Force Majeure

  • The hotel shall not be liable for refunds in cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond control.
  • In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be handled as per management discretion.

9. Taxes & Service Charges

  • Taxes and service charges are applicable as per government norms.
  • Refunds on taxes will be processed only if permitted under applicable laws.
